(A) By reason of the congestion of certain of the public streets and in order to afford safety to pedestrians, vehicles and passengers upon public passenger buses, and to promote the public safety and to assure a free flow of traffic upon the streets of said town, all public passenger buses shall be required to operate the same in accordance with the provisions of this section.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any other vehicle to park in a space or zone marked as a bus stop.
(C) All public passenger buses operating within the town and receiving and discharging passengers for hire shall be so operated upon said public streets as to at all times when receiving or discharging passenger from a bus stop approach the same in a general direction from south to north and to cause said vehicle to stop within the space so designated parallel and adjacent to the west curb line of Indiana Street.
(D) When more than one public passenger bus shall approach said bus stop at approximately the same time, said vehicles shall be operated in such a manner that second or subsequent vehicles shall follow immediately to the rear of the first vehicle.
