§ 50.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Violations of §§ 50.01 through 50.03 of this code shall be cited into the Town Court by the Town Marshal or Deputy Town Marshals.

      (2)   Any person who violates §§ 50.01 through 50.03 of this code will be subject to a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $200 for each violation of §§ 50.01 through 50.03 of this code. Each act of dumping of any material other than the designated recycling material into one of the town’s receptacles so designated shall be deemed a separate offense.
