§ 73.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   All penalties for violations of §§ 73.01 through 73.05 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of up to $2,500 per violation.

      (2)   Subject to division (B)(1) above, any person violating any provision of §§ 73.01 through 73.05 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine for the first offense of not less than $25; for the second offense, not less than $50. If a third offense is committed within one year of conviction of a second offense, the minimum fine shall be $100. A further violation of §§ 73.01 through 73.05 of this chapter may be subject to a fine as set forth herein and subject to prosecution in a county court of law.

   (C)   A person who violates §§ 73.20 through 73.23 of this chapter commits a Class C infraction. A fine shall be leveled of not less than $75, plus applicable court costs.
