§ 73.23 NON-LICENSED VEHICLES.
   (A)   All other non-licensed motorized vehicles shall be prohibited from operation on the town streets, highways, alleys or sidewalks.
   (B)   All other non-licensed motorized vehicles shall remain on private property and shall not be operated earlier than 10:00 a.m., nor later than 5:00 p.m.
