This chapter is established in order to provide an orderly procedure for the review and consideration by the township of any and all requests for licenses, including requests for new licenses, transfers of existing licenses, placing licenses in escrow, adding or deleting owners and other matters relating to the sale or dispensation of alcoholic beverages within the township. All persons shall strictly comply with the provisions of this chapter.
