§ 152.09 WATER AND SEWAGE FACILITIES.
   Plans and specifications for water and sewage facilities shall have the approval of the Montrose Township, Genesee County Health Departments, and the Michigan State Health Department, prior to construction. A certificate of approval from each of these agencies must be on file with the Township Clerk after final inspection of the completed facilities.
