§ 152.01 ZONING REQUIREMENT.

No person, firm, or corporation shall construct, operate or maintain a trailer, mobile home, or manufactured home park in Montrose Township without first having obtained a rezoning of the proposed area to a classification commonly known as Mobile Home/Manufactured Home Park District (MHP), and subject to the site plan review requirements of §§ 153.230 through 153.243 of this code of ordinances, as amended.
