§ 53.018 APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR WASTEWATER.
   Review and acceptance of the Superintendent of Public Works shall be obtained prior to the discharge into the public sewers of any water or wastes having:
   (A)   A total of more than 30 pounds of suspended solids in any one day;
   (B)   A total of more than 30 pounds of BOD in any one day; and
   (C)   An average flow of one-hundredth mgd or more.
