(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of § 151.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and for each day of violation or failure to comply may be punished by a fine not to exceed $300.

(C) Any person violating § 151.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each day said person shall remain in violation.

(D) (1) Any person, contractor or utility, or agents of the same, violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of § 151.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and for each day of violation or failure to comply may be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000.
(2) In addition to the fines levied, any person, contractor or utility, or agents of the same, that cause damage to any property, right-of-way or utility installation belonging to the city shall reimburse the city in full for the cost of restoring any damage caused. The extent and cost of damages shall be determined by the City Council.
