§ 150.22 ALTERATIONS AND REPAIRS OF WOODEN BUILDINGS.
   (A)   Where the exterior walls or roof of any wooden building have been damaged, or the owner desires to alter or change or otherwise remodel any such wooden walls or roof, the owner shall apply for a permit to the Mayor and Council, setting forth in full the specifications of such proposed repairs or changes with a statement of the materials to be used and the location of said structure when the same is within the fire limits as set forth above in § 150.20.
   (B)   The Mayor and Council shall determine from such specifications whether and to what extent such repairs, alterations or changes shall be governed by the provisions of § 150.21, as to materials to be used and where, and the general construction of the same. The decision of the Mayor and Council in the premises shall be final and exclusive, whether such permit shall be granted or not.
