All buildings hereafter erected, enlarged or added to, within said fire limits as described in § 150.20, shall be constructed of brick, stone, concrete blocks, cement, cinder brick or such other noncombustible materials herein named, or which shall be in combination with the materials herein named. Lumber or like materials may be used inside such buildings.
