§ 92.18 INTERFERENCE WITH INGRESS AND EGRESS.
   It is unlawful for the owner, manager, operator or employee of any theater building or room or other like places for public gatherings of any kind, churches excepted, to allow any person or persons to congregate in the foyer or room at the back of the seats and inside of the room or theater where the people have gathered so that the same may interfere with ingress and egress, freely, to the outside of said theater or room.
