§ 92.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates, disobeys, omits or neglects or refuses to comply with the provisions of § 92.02, except § 92.02(F), shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall, for each offense, be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding $300.
