§ 92.17 TEMPORARY SEATS IN AISLES.
   It is unlawful for the owner, manager, operator or other employee of any such theater building or room where an entertainment is being given and where permanent seats are provided, and aisles or passageways between said rows of seats are used, or to be used by the public in going into to out of said building or room, to permit, provide or allow any temporary chairs or seats to be placed in said aisles or passageways for any purpose while persons are in said building; provided, that this does not apply to employees who are cleaning, or otherwise taking care of said theater or room, and while no entertainment of any kind is being given.
