§ 92.16 OCCUPANCY LIMITS.
   It is unlawful for the owner, manager, operator or employee of any theater building or room, or other like places where entertainment is held and given, wherein permanent chairs or seats and aisles or passageways are provided, to permit any person or persons to enter said building or room where shows or other entertainment is being given, after all the permanent seats are occupied, to the end that there shall be no more persons in said theater building or such room after all the seats have been taken.
