§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   If the written notice to comply and/or the compliance agreement with determined timeline results in continued noncompliance, any person found in violation of an offense pertaining to property, for the first offense, shall be guilty of an infraction punishable by the fixed infraction penalty set out in the state code.
      (2)   Any person found in subsequent or continuing violation by failing to comply with any of the portions of this chapter pertaining to property shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each day said person shall remain in violation of this chapter.
   (C)   In the event the person so served fails to remove an inoperable vehicle, or to satisfactorily prove that he or she is actively restoring said vehicle to operation within ten days, as provided in § 91.08, then said person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor each day thereafter that said motor vehicle remains upon the premises.
