(A) All dogs are prohibited from going upon any city park, the golf course and the City Cemetery, unless otherwise specified by signage.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to willfully or neglectfully allow or permit domestic animals upon city properties, unless authorized by the city and subject to such terms and conditions as set forth in other applicable ordinances.
