§ 90.25 AT LARGE DOGS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for the owner, keeper or harborer of any dog to allow said dog to run at large within the limits of the city.
   (B)   Such animal shall be confined and restricted to the premises of the owner, keeper or harborer and shall be allowed to go at large only in the company and control of its owner, keeper or harborer.
