(A) It is unlawful for the owner, keeper or harborer of any dog within the city limits to keep, harbor or own any dog without first obtaining a license for said dog as provided in § 90.21, except licensing shall not apply to dogs under the age of four months.
(B) Rabies vaccination is recommended at four months of age and required for licensure.
(C) The city-issued license tag must be displayed on the dog, usually on the collar.
