(a) The following streets are hereby designated as no parking zones between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.:

Jonesville Street | From Madison Street to Washington Street |

(b) No person shall cause, allow or permit any vehicle registered in the name of such person to be parked in a no parking zone during the above prohibited hours. No person shall cause, allow, or permit, any vehicle operated by such person to be parked in a no parking zone during the above prohibited hours.
(c) Parking is prohibited at all times in the following locations:

Main Street | From east approach of Str. No. WIL-107-0979 to the east corporation line |
Main Street | From 0.05 miles west of Henry Street to each approach of Str. No. WIL-107-0979. |
(d) A police officer or police employee shall attach a notice on any vehicle parked in violation of this section. For a violation of this section, the owner or operator of such vehicle shall be subject to the penalty specified in Section 351.99(b).
