(a) Truck Parking. No trucks of over two-ton capacity or over twenty feet in length shall park in the Municipal parking lots.
(b) Other Vehicle Parking. Vehicles that are not prohibited from parking in municipal lots under subsection (a) may park in the municipal lots but no vehicle shall be parked in a municipal lot continuously for more than 24 hours.
(c) A police officer or police employee shall attach a notice on any vehicle parked in violation of this section. For a violation of this section, the owner or operator of such vehicle shall be subject to the penalty specified in Section 351.99(b).
