(a) The Police Department may issue parking permits on such terms and conditions as Council may approve by motion.
(b) Such parking permits may allow the permit holder to park in certain locations or at such times as would otherwise be prohibited under a section of this chapter.
(c) If such a parking permit is issued, the permit holder must comply with all of the terms and conditions of the parking permit. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the parking permit may result in revocation of the permit without a refund of any fee paid for the permit. The revocation of the permit shall be in addition to any penalty for any other violation of law.
(d) No person shall tamper with, alter, copy, forge or unlawfully or fraudulently obtain a parking permit.
(e) Any person who violates Section 351.21(d) is guilty of a Fourth Degree Misdemeanor. (Ord. 2190. Passed 10-26-15.)
