133.03 VILLAGE MANAGER.

The Village Manager shall work with the Park Board to fully implement its program and, further:

(a) Section 6.05 Village Manager, Powers and Duties, of the Montpelier Municipal Charter shall be the same for the Park and Recreation Department as they are for all other Departments within the Village of Montpelier.
