Whoever violates Section 713.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) and imprisonment for up to sixty days. Each sale or attempted sale or solicitation or attempted solicitation made by any person in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense.
