(a) The failure by the owner of record or the purchaser under a land contract to comply with the notice shall be a misdemeanor of the second degree. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Removal of any posted sign or entering any posted building as set forth in Section 1309.04 shall constitute a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
