(a) The Manager may cause to be posted at each entrance to such building, structure, or portion thereof a sign to read : “DO NOT ENTER, UNSAFE TO OCCUPY, VILLAGE OF MONTPELIER, OHIO.” Such sign shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to remove such sign without permission of the Manager or for any person to enter the building, except for the purpose of making the required repairs or of demolishing same.
