951.99 PENALTY.

(a) Except as otherwise provided herein, any person violating any regulation made as authorized by this chapter, or violating any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and subject to a fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(b) Any person violating Section 951.15 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined two hundred dollars ($200.00). Each residence served shall constitute a separate offense.
