§ 117.06 LICENSE FEES.
   The fees for a therapeutic enterprise and therapist licenses shall be as set forth in the fee schedule in § 36.01 of this code. An investigation fee shall be charged for therapeutic massage enterprise licenses. Each application for a license shall be accompanied by payment in full of the required license and investigation fees, if applicable.
