§ 90.081 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   TRAP. Any mechanical device or snare which seeks to hold, capture, or kill an animal.

   TRAPPING. The setting or laying or otherwise using of a trap in the platted residential areas and parks of the city.
