§ 70.37 DEFINITIONS.
   The words and phrases HIGHWAY, MOTOR VEHICLE, OWNER, PERSON, and VEHICLE shall have the meanings ascribed to them by M.S. Ch. 168 and Ch. 171, as they may be amended from time to time.
