(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 35.25 through 35.39 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with § 10.99. Each act of violation and every day upon which a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to the above, the city may seek civil penalties and enforcement.
