§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 96.15 through 96.20 shall be subject to the following:
   (A)   Civil fine in the sum of $50. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues; and
   (B)   Any further civil action available at law or in equity to enjoin any violation of §§ 96.15 through 96.20.
