§ 94.01 EXCESSIVE NOISE PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to make, permit, continue or cause to be made or continued any excessive, unnecessary, or unusually loud or sustained noise or sound which disturbs, annoys, injures or endangers the comfort, repose or health, peace or safety of others within the city.
