The minimum fine for any violation of this chapter shall be $25. The maximum fine for any such violation shall be $100. A separate offense shall deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues. The imposition of a penalty for any violation shall not excuse or permit a violation to continue. The fines imposed herein shall be supplemental and in addition to all other legal remedies available to the city including injunctive relief.
