§ 91.09 TRAPPING ANIMALS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to trap or attempt to trap or take any animal. However, this section shall not apply to any peace officer or animal shelter keeper who shall do so when any wild animal is damaging or destroying any property.
