§ 91.08 VICIOUS AND FEROCIOUS ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, shelter or harbor within the city any animal or beast which, by nature, is inherently vicious, ferocious or dangerous, including but not limited to lions, tigers, leopards, jaguars, pumas, wolves and hyenas, whether such animals are caged or otherwise.
