§ 91.07 BRINGING ANIMALS IN CITY FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall bring any animal into the city for the purpose of impounding or otherwise disposing of it or for collecting any fee or reward for its return except as provided in this chapter.
