Sections 72.10 through 72.14, 72.25 through 72.30 and 72.66 through 72.68 shall be deemed to be in addition to and supplementary to all other ordinances relative to motor vehicles and shall be an additional provision for the regulation of traffic and parking in such zones as are provided herein. Nothing contained herein shall amend or repeal §§ 72.40 through 72.42 and the provisions of §§ 72.10 through 72.14, 72.25 through 72.30 and 72.66 through 72.68 shall not limit by imposition of a time limit any parking privileges granted in accordance with such sections.
