§ 72.55 COMMERCIAL VEHICLE PARKING RESTRICTED.
   (A)   Except for loading or unloading not to exceed 30 minutes, it shall be unlawful to park in a residential area a vehicle designed, used or maintained as a commercial vehicle, including semi-tractors and/or trailers, buses, or any other vehicle designed or registered as a truck and licensed for the transportation of property.
   (B)   A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE shall not include station wagons, pick-up trucks, or vans designed and used as passenger vehicles.
   (C)   However, notwithstanding division (A) to the contrary, a semi-tractor, without a trailer, may be parked in a residential area, if it is parked in an off-street driveway, with access to a city street provided by a curb cut and a driveway, so long as any sidewalk is not thereby obstructed.
