No person or entity shall operate or park, or permit the operation or parking, of any car, truck, motorcycle, camper, bus, snowmobile, watercraft, tractor, riding mower (except while mowing), recreational vehicle, motor home, trailer of any kind, or motorized vehicle of any kind, in any yard or portion of a lot in any residential area, other than on a driveway which as direct access to a street through a curb cut complying with the Code of the city.
