§ 72.03 STOPPING OR PARKING IN ROADWAY.
   No person shall stop or park a vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of lawful traffic movement and in such a manner as such stopping or parking will not obstruct traffic, except as otherwise provided in this code.
