§ 112.30 AUTHORITY TO REGULATE.
   This subchapter is passed pursuant to ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 11-42-2 and 11-55-1, and ILCS Ch. 35, Act 510, §§ 1 et seq., and also pursuant to the case of Hagen v. the City of Rock Island, in the Illinois Supreme Court, 18 Ill. Sec. 174, 163 NE2d 495.
