For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. As used herein shall include any person, firm, corporation or association, or partnership which, as permitted by state law and regulation, owns or possesses or places for use by the public any video gaming device, and shall also mean any such person, firm, corporation, partnerships or association having control over any such device.
VIDEO GAMING TERMINAL. The same meaning as set forth in the Illinois Gaming Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, § 5.
