§ 112.46 FEE.
   There is hereby imposed on the privilege of operating every video gaming terminal in this city, as defined by the Illinois Video Gaming Act, ILCS Ch. 230, Act 40, §§ 1 et seq., an annual fee of $25 for each such device.
