(A) Designation. Certain parking spaces within the City of Monticello, Illinois are hereby declared to be loading and unloading zones, as set forth in Chapter 77, Schedule V.
(B) Definitions.
(1) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this section:
CODE. The Illinois Vehicle Code, being ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, §§ 1-100 et seq.
PARK. The standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, even though the standing is only temporary or for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers or merchandise.
PERSON. Every natural person, firm, co-partnership, association, corporation or entity.
(2) Any other term, word or phrase herein which is not defined herein and which may require a definition shall be defined as provided in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, §§ 1-101 et seq., if a definition is provided for therein, and if not, as provided in this code.
