§ 130.04 TRESPASS TO CITY PROPERTY.
   Trespass to parking lots.
      (A)   It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to trespass on city parking lots from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
      (B)   Those people who do park their vehicles on the city parking lots prior to 11:00 p.m. may lawfully enter for purpose of expeditiously removing same after 11:00 p.m.
      (C)   The Superintendent of City Services of the City of Monticello shall cause to be erected signs of notice forbidding entry in conspicuous locations at all city parking lots reading “NO TRESPASSING” 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
