(A) Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter, if no other penalty shall be provided, shall, for a first offense, be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 and, for a second or subsequent conviction, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750, and each day in which the violation shall exist shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Whomsoever shall violate any provision of §§ 111.060 through 111.070 shall be served a notice of violation. This individual shall be fined $100 for his or her first offense, at least $300 for his or her second offense, if committed within 12 months of the first offense, and $750 for his or her third offense, if committed within 12 months of the first offense. If an individual commits a fourth offense within 12 months of the first offense, the person shall be issued a notice to appear in court. If an individual fails to pay to the City Clerk the appropriate fine established herein within 10 days of having been issued the notice of violation, the individual shall be served with a notice to appear in court. The maximum fine that may be imposed for each violation of this subchapter is $750.
