§ 111.060 SALES TO DISABLED PERSONS.
   No licensee or employee of any licensee shall sell, barter, or give away any alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person, or to any person known by him or her to be an habitual drunkard, insane, mentally ill, or in need of mental treatment.
