§ 111.088 ACCESS FROM LICENSED PREMISES.
   No alcoholic liquor shall be sold at retail upon any premises which has any access from the premises to any other portion of the same building which is kept for and leased to the public as dwelling quarters. This provision shall not apply to hotels, motels, or connecting apartments used only by the licensee, his or her family, and personal guests.
