§ 94.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 94.075 through 94.079 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
